A friend, a mentor, a therapist. Many therapists take insurance or can be found online. If in school, therapy sessions are typically free. This is time with an unbiased party who only listens and focus on you. It's a space to speak candidly and hear your thoughts out loud.
Read a damn book.
I promise, they are still very much in style. It not just about the content of the book you read but also the intent to sit in space and tune everything else out.
